Spring Street Studios is a redevelopment & preservation project in the heart of the Washington Avenue Arts District and Houston’s historic First Ward. We host 2nd Saturday Open Studios 12- 7 p.m. Spring Street Studios is another exciting redevelopment project in the First Ward. The former Harris Moving and Storage Building located at 1824 Spring Street (corner of Spring and Silver) features 70 working artist studios. Read more
