Located as the center of the Franklinton Arts District, 400 West Rich is a dynamic, multifunctional Renovation on our century old warehouse at 400 W Rich began in October, 2010. 400 West Rich opened its doors to artists in search of studio space in July, 2011. Since that day, we have grown to become home to over 100 local artists and craftsmen from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines. Read more
