Equinox Studios - Fine & Heavy, Artists and Artisans Equinox Studios - The Creative Industrial Complex has breathed new life to a 30,000 square foot industrial building circa 1941, in the southwest corner of the historic Georgetown neighborhood. Established in 2006, Equinox is the largest arts venue in Georgetown.
